If you commission us to complete an assignment for you our normal practice will be to sign a standard two way confidentiality agreement with you. We have a standard format that is available on request and can also consider customer specified formats.

We use the information you provide about yourself to contact you, supply the information requested and for subsequent communications and billing purposes. We do not share this information with outside parties. We use data provided by customers in the course of an assignment to under the protection of a confidentiality agreement to develop and implement their strategies. This data will be destroyed, returned or retained at the end of the assignment as defined in the confidentiality agreement.
